The project involves the construction of the new Sant'Elia stadium in Cagliari which is to be understood as a complex of multiple activities such as the shopping centre, the hotel and the actual stadium. The work intends to create a real smart arena, perfectly integrated into the external environment and a substantial component of the landscape. Furthermore, a path created along the external part of the new building will host art exhibitions and will lead to the top of the facility, from which it will be possible to observe the surrounding panorama.
