Quanta Village

In Affori, in via Assietta, you will see two buildings of different heights rise, one with 12 floors and one with 8. This is House at Quanta Club, the complex that gives shape to the idea of living in a place where you follow the high values of sport: health, fun and relaxation. Inserting a living context into this dynamic and healthy context means creating a microcosm in which everything is designed for well-being, safety and comfort. Luxury here takes the form of time dedicated to your family, your fitness and tranquility. The architectural project of House at Quanta Club is the constructed expression of well-being. The clean and light lines that accompany natural colors perfectly integrated into the green context of the club, give balance and serenity typical of contact with nature. The centrality of ecology and green in the design of the project is also demonstrated by the names of the two Towers: Torre Faggio and Torre Betulla.

The most slender building towards the sky takes its name from the Beech, the magnificent tall, robust and leafy European tree. With its 12 floors, Torre Faggio dominates the club's skyline, excellently interpreting the green concept of new buildings in Milan. It offers the view a vast panorama that ranges from the skyscrapers of Milan to Monte Rosa.

The elegant 8-storey building which takes the name of Torre Betulla has the graceful appearance typical of the white bark birch. It is located in a more central position with respect to the perimeter and is therefore more protected and private, but the large distances that surround it leave room for the gaze to rest on the green panorama.
