• Noise and vibration detection and monitoring: we have four sound level meters with real time spectrum analysis and a triaxial vibration analyzer (X, Y, Z).

• Design, verification and testing of Noise mitigation measures for public or private entities (working in partnership with project managers, architects, engineers, construction companies, condominium administrations and companies).
  

• Office and open-space acoustics: through a specific design methodology, the best  possible conditions of use and acoustic comfort are ensured in the design of meeting rooms, conference rooms, theatres and conservatories, with prediction of the speech intelligibility index (STI, Clarity, RT60). We are also able to carry out acoustic design and testing in accordance with LEED, WELL and BREEAM standards.

• Building Acoustics: design, specialist assistance to construction management, testing and assignment of the acoustic class according to UNI 11367/2023 for Passive Acoustic Requirements of Buildings according to Prime Ministerial Decree 05/12/1997.

• Logistics: prediction of acoustic impact of logistics or production areas in general.

• Production Areas: prediction or analysis of the acoustic impact of industrial plants, from small to large-scale facilities.

• Acoustic Mappings: municipal acoustic zoning plans, municipal acoustic rehabilitation plans (mandatory for all Italian municipalities), biennial report on the acoustic status of the municipality (mandatory for all municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants), strategic acoustic mapping (mandatory for major roads and railways )

• AHUs and systems: design of the dynamic stiffness of supports in order to prevent the propagation of vibrations generated by the systems. Prediction and mitigation of noise emissions in enclosed environments generated by Air Handling Units (AHUs).
  

• Acoustic Design: definition of the acoustic properties of furnishing, covering or functional objects in offices, hotels and residences.

• Acoustic and technical-legal consultancy services: specific for each activity, guaranteeing specialized support to law firms and companies and guidance throughout all phases of implementation, both for projects in the definition phase and for existing entities such as production, sports and commercial facilities.
