The noisy professions

The noisy professions

In relation to the second paragraph of the law, the Court of Cassation has repeatedly specified that noisy professions must be understood as all those work activities which produce sound vibrations of a disturbing nature for the auditory sense due to the particular nature of the instruments used or the particular procedures through which they come true.

Any work activity can, therefore, be classified as a noisy profession whenever, due to the methods with which it is carried out and the means used, it produces annoying noises beyond normal tolerability, regardless of whether the municipal authority has prepared the indication of the noisy professions whose list is merely illustrative in nature.
