The project involves the construction of the new Sant'Elia stadium in Cagliari, conceived as a multifunctional complex comprising a shopping centre, a hotel and the stadium itself. The project aims to create a true smart arena, fully integrated into its surrounding environment and forming an integral part of the landscape. Furthermore, a path created along the external part of the new building will host art exhibitions and will lead to the top of the facility, from which it will be possible to observe the surrounding panorama.
