The project involves the redevelopment of Gasometer 2, in the area adjacent to the new Bovisa campus of Politecnico di Milano, with the aim of regenerating the Gasometers Park.

The project includes the functional conversion of spaces serving the university, including advanced research laboratories, study rooms, meeting rooms and other spaces dedicated to teaching. The large public park will include areas for sports activities, changing rooms and a food corner. The lower building will accommodate a swimming pool, a multi-purpose sports court, fitness rooms and padel courts. The other seven-storey building will accommodate spaces dedicated to innovation.
