In Affori, on Via Assietta, two residential buildings of different heights are set to rise, one 12 storeys high and the other 8 storeys high. This is House at Quanta Club, a residential complex conceived around the idea of living in an environment that embraces the core values of sport: health, enjoyment and relaxation. The integration of residential functions within this dynamic and healthy environment creates a self-contained setting in which every aspect is designed to promote well-being, safety and comfort. Here, luxury is expressed through the quality of time devoted to family, physical well-being and tranquillity. The architectural design of House at Quanta Club is a built expression of well-being. Clean, lightweight lines and natural colour palettes are integrated into the green setting of the Club, creating a balanced and tranquil environment closely connected with nature. The importance given to ecology and greenery is also reflected in the names of the two towers: Torre Faggio and Torre Betulla.

The taller of the two buildings, Torre Faggio, takes its name from the beech tree, a tall, robust and leafy European species. Rising 12 storeys, Torre Faggio forms a prominent element of the Club’s skyline and reflects the green design approach adopted for new residential developments in Milan. The building offers extensive views extending from the Milan skyline to Monte Rosa.

Torre Betulla is an elegant eight-storey building whose form recalls the graceful characteristics of the birch tree and its distinctive white bark. Located in a more central position within the site, it is consequently more sheltered and private. The generous open spaces surrounding the building provide broad views towards the landscaped areas of the Club.
