Noise from the hairdryer in a condominium: how to regulate it?

We can say that the noise of the hairdryer in a condominium can only cause problems if the following circumstances occur together:

- It is spread during rest hours (at night, for example), in violation of the condominium regulations;

- it lasts for an excessive and disproportionate time to the use that should be made of it;

- it is objectively audible also in other homes.

Outside of these hypotheses, the use of a hairdryer and, consequently, the noise that comes from it must be considered fully legitimate, given that the use of this common household tool undoubtedly falls among those acts common to every person, part of the habits of the population.
