Disturbing the peace: latest sentences

In response to a request from private citizens requesting to the administrationto exercise the supervisory and sanctioning powers attributed by the rules regarding times for the broadcast of music and opening and closing of premises and exceeding the limits of acoustic tolerability and disturbance of public peace caused from the exercise of noisy activities, a mere warning sent is not sufficient by the administration to the person responsible for the noisy activity, while the supervision and control activity as well as sanctions for any violation of the rules governing the exercise of the activity must be resumed and continued on the days of reopening of the premises.
